Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a managing attorney with 6 years of experience. The candidate will oversee law office operations including establishing the law firm structure, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals. Will recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen our legal team. Mentor attorneys and implement staff professional development programs. Ensure that the firm is achieving client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service, and making recommendations for improvement. Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, evaluating the results, and making modifications as needed. Increase the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc. Represent and grow own caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue practice as an attorney. Must have an active license to practice law in the US. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

The candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to Firms standard of excellence. Decision-making, public speaking, and supervisory experience are required, along with advanced proficiency in computer skills and reviewing reports and budgets. Must have excellent relationship-building, leadership, process improvement, and communication skills.
