The candidate should have mass tort and/or products liability experience on behalf of plaintiffs. Must be admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing. Should have experience managing a team.

The candidate must have well-developed litigation skills, as well as organizational and managerial abilities. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should have superior legal research and writing abilities. Must have outstanding organization and communication skills. Must be professional, collegial, and team player.
