Litigation Trial Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation trial attorney with 5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Will communicate with clients and provide status reports. Regularly handle court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions. Must be Admitted to practice in the State of California. Transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred. Deposition and law and motion experience are desired.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have superior analytical skills and the ability to navigate novel legal issues. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed. Must have the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.

The San Francisco office of this firm is frequently involved in trial work, appeals, and general litigation including concentrations in the following areas: insurance, professional liability, products liability, labor and employment, and construction law. The firm generally hires candidates with the ability to communicate well with the firms clients and attorneys; outstanding academic credentials, while helpful, are not required.
