Charlotte office of our client seeks attorney with 2-3 years of prior real estate closings experience. The candidate will review closings of residential real estate, including managing all facets of relationship with institutional clients, including all communications via their proprietary web-based platforms. Will review title work, pleadings, motions, assignments, and affidavits to ensure accuracy. Provide instruction to paralegals on required revisions. Execute revised pleadings/motions. Collections and/or foreclosure experience would be helpful. Notary Public is preferred. Should have successfully completed the Rule 403, SCACR requirements. Should be currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina. South Carolina license is preferred.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should preferably have superior oral and written communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently and/or in a collaborative team environment.
