Duties

• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with paralegals and support staff.
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.

Requirements

• 16 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial disputes.
• Demonstrated success achieving favorable outcomes through motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial advocacy.
• Proven ability to handle multi-jurisdictional matters and high-stakes disputes.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy capabilities.
• Track record of leadership and team management in a law firm setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Tennessee State Bar.
• Membership in the Nashville Bar Association or American Bar Association's Litigation Section (preferred).
