Business Immigration Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business immigration attorney preferably with 2-4 years of business immigration experience. The candidate will be expected to perform an intake of cases. Will troubleshoot and establish case strategy. Will communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues. Update and manage status reports. Will be expected to prepare petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and I-140 applications, EB-1, PERM (EB-2, EB-3) applications, and AOS under employment-based category. Also, be expected to participate in marketing and other business development activities with the firm. Must be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, immigration case management software, and document management systems is required.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Exceptional professional demeanor when dealing with clients, co-workers, and attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required. The initiative, flexibility, and proven record of working independently to complete assignments thoroughly to the end without supervision are needed. Must have outstanding case management and organizational skills. Strong business writing skills with exceptional attention to detail is needed.
