Intellectual Property Attorney

Scranton office of our client seeks an intellectual property attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must have experience in one or more of the following areas: trademark and copyright prosecution and portfolio management (domestic and international), IP litigation, software and technology contracting, marketing and advertising claims, trade secrets, licensing, franchise and distribution arrangements, and privacy and data security. Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

The candidate must have strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills and be an effective communicator. Must be willing to travel to one of the firm's offices from time to time.
