Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will draft Legal documents including motions and pleadings. Will administer depositions, issuing interrogatories and reviewing documents. Negotiate settlements, perform legal research. Make court appearances as necessary. Conduct initial consultations with potential clients. Attend and conduct trials. Must have license to practice law.

The candidate should have Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Should have analytical and writing skills.
