Senior Real Estate and Land Use Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior real estate and land use associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be a member of the Real Estate/Land Use practice group but will work with a vibrant, national team focused on complex commercial real estate transactions involving hospitality assets and hospitality companies, representing some of the most active and innovative clients in this field. Should have meaningful experience with complex commercial real estate transactions, involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments and joint ventures. Experience with the negotiation of hospitality-specific agreements is preferred.
