Panhandle office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 6 years of dispute resolution experience. The candidate will handle a moderate to large caseload with minimum supervision. Will draft pleadings and motions and must be comfortable in a courtroom setting.Should have experience briefing class certification. Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery essential. Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews essential. Must have Bar admission.
