Employment Associate Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience. The candidate will assist in day-to-day employment matters, including employment and consulting agreements, offer letters, terminations, severance, and exit agreements. Will be representing clients with regard to employee terminations, workplace investigations, and employment claims made with government agencies. Equity and option compensation for service providers. Advising clients on compliance with applicable employment laws and drafting employment policies and handbooks, and Day-to-day corporate experience, including counseling clients, drafting consents, and reviewing contracts, are helpful. A North Carolina Bar license is highly preferred; the ability to become licensed in NC is required.

The candidate should preferably have stellar academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in working with growth companies, and experience drafting employment documents and handling employment matters for corporate clients.
