Fresno office of our client seeks student and special education attorney preferably with experience in, and a strong interest to practice, education law with an emphasis in student and special education. The candidate should be dedicated to helping school districts comply with the procedural and substantive requirements of student and special education law.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and analysis skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to team work. Should preferably be bright, motivated, innovative and thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
This firm prides itself on its working environment. You will find a firm environment that is very casual and collegial. Associates will be challenged, and they will have the opportunity for client contact very quickly. This firm represents many of California's public agencies, and has offices throughout the entire state. Attorneys will be expected to practice in both state and federal courts. Minimum billable hours are only 1800 per year, and many associates have felt personally rewarded by representing such clients as public educators and school districts.
