Mid-level Financial Services Attorney

Washington DC office of our client is seeking a mid-level (class of 2017-2019) finance attorney with experience responding to agency enforcement actions, including document reviews and productions, and written responses to agency supervisory and enforcement communications. Prior experience at a large law firm or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is preferred. Prior experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, prohibition on unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices, and other consumer financial protection laws and regulations is also a plus.
