Mid-level Licensing and Strat Partnering Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level licensing and strat partnering associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will expect to collaborate with their colleagues across offices and practice groups, handle several matters with various clients concurrently. Will draft and negotiate strategic licensing and commercial agreements. Provide general intellectual property, privacy, and business/product counseling directly to clients, and work on and manage transactions in all stages of the clients businesses, from formation to financings to both buy and sell-side acquisitions and beyond. Must have significant experience in either: strategic and/or commercial contracts drafting and negotiation and/or deal management of tech, commercial and IP aspects of venture financing and/or M&A transactions. Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: commercial contracts drafting and negotiation or managing tech, commercial and IP aspects of venture financings and/or M&A transactions. Must be admitted to practice with the State Bar of California. Previous large law firm experience required.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials from a top law school and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
