Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, and Litigation Attorney

Princeton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance defense, insurance coverage, and litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience in insurance defense and/or insurance coverage. Clerkship experience following law school is preferred. The candidate will be responsible to defend lawsuits involving negligence (personal injury, premises, construction, and product liability) claims, employment practices, government liability, and professional liability. Work with partners regarding first and third-party insurance litigation. Must be licensed in New Jersey. Must be proficient in technology, legal research, and other computer/web-based data sources.

This eminent law practice has offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and concentrates on legal issues related to eight practice industries, including automobile dealers, the gaming industry, and schools.
