The candidate will work closely with nationally-recognized private equity groups to represent private equity fund sponsors and portfolio companies connected with LBOs, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other interactions with lenders. Should have significant experience representing private-equity-backed borrowers and issuers in middle-market and upper-middle market in syndicated, club, and single lender facilities must know current market terms and trends and must have familiarity with various debt structures (first lien, second lien, mezz, unitrache, cash flow, ABL, etc.).

The candidate must possess excellent professional judgment, a strong motivation to provide exceptional service, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
