Bellevue office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of areas including constitutional law, environmental law, real estate, employment, tax issues, corporate/business matters, and complex federal, state and tribal court litigation at both trial and appellate levels. Should have an active admission to any State Bar, with the ability to become licensed in Nebraska. Comprehensive experience in litigation is essential. Must preferably have knowledge of or experience working with Indian law or tribal courts. Should preferably have experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computer environment.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA accredited Law School. Should have exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities and adhering to strict deadlines. Must have first-rate academic credentials and references. Should have superior research, writing and analytical skills and technology oriented.
