Atlanta office of our client seeks senior litigation associate attorney with 8+ years of experience in litigation with a strong preference for real estate and/or construction matters and 2+ years in lead role managing an active caseload. The candidate must have real estate litigation experience. Zoning and land-use experience is preferred. Should have first chair experience on complex, multi-issue cases and an ability to manage less experienced associates and staff in cooperation with a principal. Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and should have acted as lead counsel on complex (multi-issue) cases. This is a partner track position.
The candidate must have excellent writing, research, problem solving and analytical skills. Should have an entrepreneurial drive and a desire to develop and add business to the practice and to take on increasing responsibility within practice.
