Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney

Tallahassee office of an AmLaw firm seeks health care regulatory associate attorney with 3+ years of significant experience representing hospitals, physician groups, ancillary service providers and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal fraud and abuse and compliance matters, licensure and reimbursement matters, and operational matters. The candidate should preferably have experience in transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual agreements, and license and lease agreements.

The candidate should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
