Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Savannah office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury litigation attorney with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will gather necessary documents and evidence as well as any other relevant information related to the claim and negotiate a settlement offer. Work with the team to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement. Responsible for all aspects of the personal injury case. Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case. Provide guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication. Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary. Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery. Trial experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish skills would be a plus. SC and GA Bar admissions are required.

The candidate must have strong negotiation and communication skills. A firm understanding of Florida personal injury law is required. Should have the ability to handle a large caseload and have effective leadership skills. Must have the leadership skills to build and manage a legal team. The ability to interreact with clients during their time of need is needed. Should have the determination to get the best results for clients and to win cases.
