VP Leasing Attorney

Indianapolis office of our client seeks VP leasing attorney with experience. The candidate will be focused on restaurants. Must have experience representing financial institutions, mortgage lenders, institutional investors, or borrowers in real estate and financing transactions. A thorough understanding of basic elements of real property due diligence, including survey, title, zoning, and other land use issues is required. Should have Bar admission. Should have fluency in Spanish.
