Wills, Trusts, and Estates Attorney

Temecula office of our client seeks a wills, trusts, and estates attorney with 2+ years of experience planning, designing, administering, or litigating California trusts. The candidate will enhance client relationships. Will conduct initial meetings with clients for estate, trust, or probate needs. Conduct design meetings with estate planning clients to craft personalized estate plans. Draft customized revocable trusts, wills, and ancillary estate documents. Supervise client review and execution of estate plan. Prepare and record deeds and accompanying documentation. Trust and probate administration, including drafting trust accounting reports. Manage trust and probate litigation, from initial filing through trial. Communicate with administrative staff, clients, probate examiners, opposing parties, and opposing counsel. California Bar License in good standing is required.

The candidate should have superior verbal and written communication abilities. Must have outstanding attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
