Intake Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intake attorney with 2+ years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Determine viability of potential cases. Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign. Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends. Travel to the location to speak with and sign clients. Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

The candidate must have strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close. Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
