Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Toronto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate commercial lawyer preferably with 4-8 years of post-call related experience from another reputable law firm. The candidate will involve in working for clients ranging from large organizations to smaller, privately-owned businesses and start-ups. Client engagements would include M&A and financing transactions, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and the provision of regulatory advice. Must be licensed in Ontario. An established book of business would be considered a definite asset.

The candidate should be highly motivated and team-oriented with strong client relationship skills and a demonstrated interest in business development.
