Randolph office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience and/or judicial clerkship. The candidate will serve in condominium/community association law; landlord/tenant law; debt collection; commercial/residential real estate; litigation. Will serve in trial preparation and Court Appearances required for cases in NJ and NY. Have attendance at monthly board meetings for community associations as needed. Drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda. Corresponding via phone and email with clients, homeowners and tenants. Legal Research using Lexis Nexis. Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania is a plus).

Very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent research and writing skills; Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while meeting deadlines.
