Labor and Employment Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment attorney with 7-10 years of experience in employment law matters, including labor and employment litigation. The candidate must have experience providing consulting advice to employers regarding employment-law compliance and best practices. Experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions, is required. Must be in good standing as well as an active member of the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bars. A portable book of business is a plus.

The candidate must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
