The candidate will serve in legal know-how in commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and facilitating transactions. Will manage a high volume of clients and matters with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must have demonstrate skills to communicate with and attend meetings for local, state and federal government agencies and boards. Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana. Must have established client relationships and referral network.
