Seasoned Water Resources Attorney

San Bernardino office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a seasoned water resources attorney with 4-8 years of experience in California water, natural resources, land use law, or related fields and some litigation experience. The candidate should have experience including: Groundwater rights and groundwater basin adjudications; Sustainable Groundwater Management Act; Water right transfers and related transactions; Water Supply Assessments; Urban Water Management Plans; Administrative permitting and regulatory compliance processes with State and Regional Water; Resources Control Boards; Surface water rights; Representation of private sector entities (mutual water companies, mining companies, developers, landowners, golf courses, cemeteries and other entities with water and natural resources needs) and public water agencies. Must be presently admitted to the California State Bar.
