Corporate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 3-8 years of experience. The candidate will entail working closely with partners whose practices include advising publicly and privately-held entities in connection with domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, private placements, and other general corporate matters. Experience at a leading national or international law firm would be a plus. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
