Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior benefits and executive compensation associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will assist in all areas of the practice, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, multiemployer plans, and benefits in M&A transactions. Should have a certificate, coursework, or LL.M. in employee benefits, or experience working with employee benefit plans. Must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the State Bar.

The candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Must also have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills.
