Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks capital projects and infrastructure associate attorney with 3-6 years of large firm project development experience representing developers and sponsors in the renewable energy space. The candidate will draft and negotiate tax equity financing agreements, including partnership flip agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and equity capital contribution agreements. Will represent clients in a national project development and finance practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Must be in good standing in Bar. Should have experience with energy projects and transactions, particularly on wind, solar and other renewable technologies.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills.
