Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level patent prosecution associate attorney with 3-6 years of biotechnical patent prosecution experience. The candidate will be responsible for US and foreign patent office practice as well as opinion work, due diligence, licensing and client counseling on a variety of small molecule and biologics projects. Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the large and/or small molecule technology space, and an advanced degree in a Biotechnical discipline is required. Must be admitted to the USPTO and the WA State Bar.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials.
