Junior To Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level finance associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience representing banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, and other lenders in structuring, documenting, and closing asset-based, real estate, healthcare, and general middle market financing transactions. The candidate should have experience with UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues. Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is a plus. Must be Admitted to practice as an attorney.
