Woodland Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trade secrets/non-compete litigation attorney with 5-8 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition, and discovery experience. Should ideally be admitted in California or Colorado and willing to live/work in these states, but candidates in other jurisdictions will be considered.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
