Pre-suit Personal Injury Attorney

Ocala office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a pre-suit personal injury attorney with 2+ years of experience managing a heavy personal injury caseload. The candidate will gather necessary documents and evidence, as well as any other relevant information related to the claim, and negotiate a settlement offer. Work with the team to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement. Manage and negotiate cases with insurance providers. Effectively manage a full caseload. Oversee and manage a dedicated full-time legal assistant. Open new files and make the initial client contact and continue contact with clients on a regular basis. Fully investigate each case, gather, and analyze intake information and relevant documents. Enter pertinent information into the ATO database. Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain contact with an insurance company. Manage client's medical care keeping in constant communication with the client and medical providers. Schedule and calendar medical appointments and explain procedures and related documentation to clients. Continuously monitor case status and review medical records. Organize and maintain case files, and prepare files to be submitted to demand writers. Must be an active member of the Florida Bar Association and be in good standing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Bilingual skills are a plus.
