New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks consumer financial services regulatory associate attorney with preferably 4-5 years of non-mortgage experience. The candidate should have experience with the Truth in Lending Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act, as well as federal and state laws governing usury and unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices. Payments law experience would be a plus.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and analytical and written communication skills are required.
