Senior Litigation Associate or Counsel

Rockville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior litigation associate or counsel, preferably with 6 years of commercial litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have Federal clerkship experience.

The candidate should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills for interacting with attorneys and clients; be detail oriented; and be highly motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a larger team.

This mid-sized firm represents a broad range of business, commercial and litigation practices. On the corporate side, substantive areas of law practiced include securities, mergers and acquisitions, tax, health care, estate planning, public finance, real estate, commercial lending, intellectual property, international and trade finance. Litigation services provided to their clients include commercial and banking litigation, medical malpractice and product liability defense, intellectual property matters, construction contract disputes, employment litigation and environmental law.
