Junior Level Corporate Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior-level corporate associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in the field of securities and corporate law. The candidate must have 1 year of experience with regulatory requirements and compliance issues. Knowledge of registered securities offerings, PIPEs, SEC regulations, 33 Act Registration Statements, and 34 Act periodic filings, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate law, and SEC research is required. 1 year of substantive legal experience working for high-growth, early-stage businesses and active investors in com1ection with incorporations, equity financings, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling is required.

The candidate should be a self-motivated and proactive approach to managing client relationships: must be invested in clients and deeply committed to obtaining the best possible outcome. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and exemplary attention are required.
