The candidate will do extensive professional development and mentor support in a team culture. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, practical critical-thinking skills, and the desire and ability to work across various technologies. A strong scientific background and either a MS or Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, and immunology) are required. Must have great communication skills (verbal and written). Must be collaborative team player able to work well with others. Must be self-motivated. Must have understanding of project and process management.
