Financial Services Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a financial services bankruptcy associate attorney with 1 year of bankruptcy experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role. The candidate will exercise independent judgment and decision-making while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and upholding ethical standards. Will be a self-motivated professional capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines when necessary. Manage and meet court and client deadlines. Assist with drafting, processing, filing, and service bankruptcy documents for multiple attorneys in different states. Communicate with clients. Provide every client with respect and excellent service. Sound working knowledge of the federal court system, including the CM/ECF filing system, is required. Must have experience with mortgage servicer platforms. Bilingual (Spanish language) preferred. Prior experience in financial services/mortgage default industry preferred.

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional computer processing skills, including high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, are required. Must have excellent grammar and proofing skills. A team player is needed. A positive attitude is required.
