Mid-level Investment Funds Associate Attorney

Manchester office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level investment funds associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience working on private equity and venture capital fund structuring and formation, drafting fund and sponsor documents, representing institutional investors in connection with their fund investments, and drafting and reviewing documents in connection with secondary transactions. The candidate should have experience advising clients on compliance with U.S. and non-U.S. securities laws, including the Securities Act, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. Must have a broad knowledge of general corporate law, and will be expected to work on matters in the areas of private transactions in PE/VC. Should have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
