Seattle office of our client seeks mid-level transactional attorney with experience. The candidate will be doing transactional work related to business and regulatory disputes and will work collaboratively with other members of the offices. Will advise the Firms established and diverse cannabis clients, to include structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising regulatory matters and commercial relationships, and regulatory research and analysis. Be called upon to make and communicate difficult decisions, handle multiple complex situations, and produce high quality work while under pressure. Must have Washington State Bar license. Should have interest or experience in cannabis law.

The candidate should have exceptional writing (writing sample required) and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented. Should have interest in working in a small law firm with a far-reaching impact. Must have ability to develop and lead initiatives, a person who can work independently but also knows how to work well with others as part of a team. Should have a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
