Trademark/Copyright Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trademark/copyright associate attorney with 2+ years of law firm experience in the areas of trademark and/or copyright litigation and prosecution. The candidate will be reviewing trademark search reports and preparing clearance opinions, handling domestic and international trademark prosecution and counseling, responding to Office Actions issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and managing other aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution. Will assist in trademark and copyright disputes, including out-of-court enforcement and defense of claims; opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and federal court litigation.
