Corporate and Securities Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and securities associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle the hypergrowth of its nationally ranked emerging companies/venture capital practice. Will advise innovative/disruptive companies, entrepreneurs and their financiers on all aspects of corporate law, including formation and venture capital transactions, M&A, technology transfer transactions and joint ventures and other "outside GC" capacities. Work across a broad array of industries (ecommerce, healthtech, health and wellness, AI, CPG, media, social media, software, cybersecurity and transportation). Should have fluency in Excel and cap table/waterfall modeling. Must be admitted to practice in New York.

The candidate should have a strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills and (most importantly) a passion for working with hard chargers in fast-paced startup practice.
