Greeley office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate handle complex commercial, real estate, probate, and oil and gas litigation, including appeals. Will draft court pleadings, briefs, and discovery; conduct legal research; engage in depositions and other fact discovery activities; work with and direct other team members to develop case management plans and oversee discovery, including managing case dockets, case tasks, schedules, timelines and document review and production; and communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel. Must be licensed in Colorado.
