Managing Associate Attorney

The candidate should have deep experience and passion for helping tech companies at all stages of growth by advising on venture capital financings, corporate formation and structuring issues, protecting intellectual assets, retaining talent, securing and monetizing data, advising board and founders on business issues and advocating for innovation-friendly public policy. Membership to the State Bar is required.

The candidate must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills.
