Junior Executive Compensation Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior executive compensation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with equity compensation for both public and private companies, drafting offer letters and employment agreements, public company compensation disclosure, M&A transactions, and the related tax and securities law issues. It requires prior experience with 280G. The previous large law firm or accounting firm experience required. Prior M&A experience is required; public company experience is a plus.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials from a top law school and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
