The candidate should preferably have a concentrated course of study in corporate tax, partnership tax, executive compensation, and employee benefits. Experience in the foregoing areas, particularly with respect to mergers and acquisitions, is a plus. A license to practice law in the State of NY is required or must be obtained after employment.

The candidate should have an LL.M. in Taxation.
