Mechanical or Electrical Patent Associate

Alexandria office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mechanical or electrical patent associate with some experience. The candidate will be conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches. Drafting patent applications. Drafting Responses to Office Actions and other related patent prosecution. Preparing replies to client questions regarding patent law. Other duties as assigned.

The candidate must have a bachelors degree in a related field. Must have a proven track record of attention to detail, follow through, and timely communication with others. Must have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening to complete required communication, internally and externally.
