Litigation Practice Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation practice attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The candidate will work primarily on financial services litigation. Must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions, and appeals. Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York. Admission to both is preferred.

The candidate should be well organized, self-motivated, and personable team player. Must have strong academic and professional credentials.
